Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or an adjacent field.
- Demonstrated experience driving project teams to meet deadlines and goals.
- Experience defining and maintaining large-scale, multi-month projects and schedules.
- Proven success working cross-functionally within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience communicating directly with customers and key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with a project management tool is preferred.
- Digital or corporate marketing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure project tasks are completed on time and milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, adjusting resource schedules and plans as necessary.
- Identify and resolve issues and project risks to ensure project success.
- Make daily decisions regarding task execution, including assignments, sequencing, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Communicate project statuses to stakeholders, including customers, and report on potential delays.
