Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in experience management (Patient, Member, or Brand) within health plans or provider organizations.
- Expertise in brand experience, member/patient acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of government programs, Medicare Stars, and NCQA.
- Demonstrated experience in driving performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, etc.).
- Advanced skills in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business administration, health policy, finance, or a clinical field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationally.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Press Ganey and client data assets to consult with stakeholders and solve complex business problems.
- Partner with health plans and medical groups to perform data analysis, interpretation, and process design.
- Construct and lead data analysis related to payer analytics, authorization metrics, and denial rates.
- Train and coach member or patient-facing teams on best practices and process improvement.
- Manage the scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes for client engagements.
- Lead the preparation of client deliverables, including assessments, reports, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the direct point of contact.
