Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, revenue operations, commission statements, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with an auditing mindset.
- Comfort working with AI tools to speed up and validate work.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, M-F from 9AM-5PM EST.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 40MBPS).
- Dedicated quiet home workspace.
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.
- Backup computer and internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Pull and reconcile transactional booking data from HubSpot.
- Cross-check booking records against source data to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare accurate, timely commission statements for the sales team.
- Audit commission calculations against plan rules prior to payout.
- Investigate commission inquiries and disputes raised by sales reps.
- Document commission edge cases and maintain up-to-date SOPs.
- Build and maintain reconciliation trackers in Google Sheets.
- Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to align on commission logic and timing.
