Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of experience).
- 7+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Hands-on proficiency with Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft Defender.
- Must hold one current Microsoft 365 or Azure administration certification (e.g., MS-102 or AZ-104).
- Must hold one current Microsoft security or identity certification (e.g., SC-300, SC-200, or SC-100).
- Experience responding to federal security directives (CISA Emergency Directives, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance and records management.
- Experience supporting M365 or Azure in federal civilian or regulated organizations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the ABMC Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Respond to federal security directives (DHS, CISA, C-CAR) by evaluating security baselines and coordinating remediation.
- Monitor and operate Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel for incident triage and resolution.
- Drive Microsoft Purview records management maturation, including retention policies and automated classifiers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation, architecture reviews, and health check reports.
- Support Microsoft 365 Copilot governance activities.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer for records management and governance maturation.
- Enforce Section 508 compliance for all deliverables.
