Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Technology, MIS, CIS, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 12+ years of X++ development experience.
- Experience as a Lead Developer in an end-to-end customer implementation.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, Azure, and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Data Management Framework (DIXF), PowerApps, LogicApps, Azure Portal, C#, SQL Server, and Common Data Service.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, F&SC Business Events, Service Bus, and role-based security.
- Experience with SSRS Report development, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Familiarity with TFS, Git repositories, and Unified Development Environments.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Experience working with multicultural and/or multilingual teams across several time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical project deliveries, including technical analysis, code design review, and code performance optimization.
- Plan, manage, and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain and Power Platform technical project deliverables.
- Communicate directly with stakeholders to provide technical deliverable updates and manage deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate client requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture while mentoring a growing team of consultants.
- Establish and adhere to Enterprise architecture best practices across technical and functional lines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and project artifacts.
- Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams for product insights and solution design reviews.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
