Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
- 6+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Finance & Supply Chain/AX 2012 implementation experience.
- Experience with at least 5 full end-to-end ERP implementations.
- Experience participating in requirements gathering processes for IT systems.
- Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong, clear, and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.
- Understanding of business management and strategic evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
- Self-motivated, consultative, and client-oriented work philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Create business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.
- Analyze client business requirements and facilitate design sessions for project-based business processes, including time and expense tracking, sales, billing, and procurement.
- Configure, test, and train customers on D365 PMA functionality.
- Document high-level requirements for developers to estimate time and delivery.
- Develop and test detailed functional designs (FDDs) for business solution components.
- Identify functional gaps and conflicts and drive toward solutions.
- Collaborate with technical team members for application build, test, and deploy activities.
- Plan and execute data conversion activities.
- Drive test planning and execution.
