Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience with Microsoft D365 FSC/F&O/AX and CE Project Operations, Sales, and/or Field Service.
- Strong proficiency in PMA, Project Costing, and Core Financials.
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SC projects.
- Minimum 15 years of professional IT or software experience within a consultancy environment.
- Extensive background as a Functional Lead and Solution Architect with core D365 Finance & Supply Chain modules.
- Ability to balance short-term project demands with long-term strategic implementation vision.
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and guiding personnel at all levels of a client organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis and provide clear and creative solutions.
- Lead functional consulting teams through project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality D365 solution delivery.
- Ensure expertly designed system architecture.
- Maintain deep expertise in the functional side of D365 F&SCM, including new releases and technical architecture.
- Act in a quality assurance role across multiple projects.
- Liaise with internal and customer senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
