Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales.
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and contract-selling skills.
- Confident verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving with active listening and rapport-building skills.
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales metrics.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to succeed.
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with required camera usage.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Manage an average of 100-150 calls per day with specific closing targets.
- Identify prospective customer needs and sell motor vehicle contracts.
- Perform one-call closes by masterfully overcoming objections.
- Educate consumers on the value of vehicle service contracts.
- Engage with management and team members via camera for training and meetings.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from managers and leaders.
