Requirements
- Must be based in the APAC region.
- Current role as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition professional, Recruitment Lead, or HR Manager.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, or candidate management.
- Comfortable sharing experiences, including what worked and what did not, in a casual, conversational setting.
- Willingness to grow personal brand and share expertise with the professional recruitment community.
- Professional presence comfortable with live streaming on social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 75-minute online sharing session with approximately 10 minutes of personal sharing.
- Record and provide a 30-second introductory video prior to the event.
- Create two LinkedIn posts to help promote the event.
- Share honest, practical perspectives on AI tools used in daily recruitment activities.
- Engage in a conversational Q&A format about experiences with AI tools.
