Requirements
- 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting, delivering enterprise-grade, cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms in a high-growth environment.
- Skilled in deploying and managing SaaS products across a large portfolio of customer environments, spanning cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
- Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues quickly.
- Proven ability to manage a large, high-turnover volume of concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex technical steps clearly and actionably in writing for non-technical customers.
- Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive fast time-to-value at scale by managing a high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments.
- Run an efficient, largely asynchronous deployment motion using structured communication and self-service resources.
- Monitor and triage deployment health daily to prioritize accounts needing immediate attention.
- Troubleshoot technical deployment blockers using internal runbooks and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Guide customers through the activation of security products like IES, ATO, and AISM across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Manage project risk by identifying blockers or coverage gaps early.
- Maintain cross-functional transparency regarding status, risks, and next steps for all assigned accounts.
