Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management, including coordination and resource tracking.
- BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
- Understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Axon products and digital evidence management systems is preferred.
- Experience working with corporate, retail, and security-based organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Willingness to travel throughout North America, with potential for international travel (up to 75%).
Responsibilities
- Engage with corporate leaders and decision-makers to provide consulting, test and evaluations, and deployment needs assessments.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon’s product suite.
- Oversee large and/or complex deployments, ensuring scope definition and adherence to timelines.
- Work closely with C-Suite Leadership and IT/Security Directors to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans and materials for customer teams.
- Document and communicate customer feature requests and feedback to internal product management teams.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure unified project outcomes.
