Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing business application solutions on the Microsoft stack.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (forms, views, business rules, security roles).
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Dataverse).
- Experience with solution architecture and ALM (managed/unmanaged layering, publisher strategy, environment management).
- Integration design expertise (REST and Web APIs, Dataverse, event-driven automation).
- Strong C# and .NET development skills for plugins, custom workflow activities, and services.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, PowerShell, and Power Fx.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, and deployment using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
- Proven ability to read, extend, and maintain existing solutions beyond greenfield builds.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate and integrated systems.
- Support, configure, and extend the portfolio of production model-driven and canvas applications.
- Develop server-side plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources, and client-side scripting.
- Design and maintain integrations using Dual-write, REST/Web APIs, and event-driven automation.
- Contribute to platform migration and modernization initiatives across the application portfolio.
- Strengthen solution layering, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, languages, and tools aligned with strategic goals.
