Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; concentration in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related analytical field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a rigorous, analytical environment such as private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong financial and analytical modeling skills with ability to build from scratch.
- Ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client segmentation and revenue data to identify trends and inform growth strategy.
- Analyze operational data, including capacity and workload distribution, to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain models tracking key operational, capacity, and workforce planning metrics.
- Partner with Wealth Solutions, Finance, and Business Intelligence leaders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
- Present structured analyses and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business decisions.
- Monitor client retention, revenue trends, and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support the design and evaluation of initiatives aimed at improving advisor productivity and client experience.
- Collaborate with the BI team to leverage and enhance existing data infrastructure.
