Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in AI tools like Claude for drafting outreach, summarising calls, and managing reporting.
- Proven experience or willingness to thoroughly learn the Australian NDIS and aged care landscape.
- Experience creating marketing or partnership content using tools like Canva.
- Highly organized with the ability to build and manage a referral database from scratch.
- Commercially aware and results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience working with Australian businesses is highly preferred.
- Must be available for collaboration during core AEST/AEDT business hours.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on warm enquiries with speed, professionalism, and consistency.
- Identify, contact, and nurture high-value referral partners such as support coordinators and plan managers.
- Manage lead progression from enquiry through to assessment and service commencement.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of referral partners and activity.
- Coordinate with the marketing department on campaigns and outreach materials.
- Propose growth strategies and tests to the CEO and Business Manager.
- Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and campaign performance.
