Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proven experience creating content for e-commerce, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or similar brands.
- Strong written English with an ability to maintain a warm, empathetic, and feminine tone.
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, or Opus Clip.
- Technical experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
- Proficiency in managing and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Proactive, self-directed work style with a genuine curiosity for emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to work in a flexible, outcome-based arrangement with alignment to Australian business hours.
Responsibilities
- Repurpose raw photo and video shoot footage into ready-to-publish social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using AI tools.
- Draft, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using AI-assisted workflows.
- Create and adapt written content including captions, short-form copy, product descriptions, and blog outlines aligned with the brand voice.
- Build and test new AI workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve content throughput.
- Produce diverse assets including TikToks, Reels, Shorts, Facebook videos, image ads, emails, and blogs from shared source material.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to maintain a consistent content calendar and support new brand launches.
