Job Details

Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
Strong copywriting skills with excellent written English.
Experience creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to develop content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Basic video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar (Nice to have).
Experience with Meta Ads (Nice to have).
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience (Nice to have).
Experience in events, conferences, education or professional services (Nice to have).

Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Repurpose podcasts, keynote presentations, articles, interviews and media appearances into social media content.
Create posts highlighting client testimonials, success stories, awards, milestones and event highlights.
Promote workshops, webinars, masterclasses and live events through organic social campaigns.
Develop content calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule across multiple brands.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify opportunities to grow audiences organically.
Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and insights.
Collaborate with the team to generate fresh content ideas.
Perform basic video editing for social media content.
Assist with Meta Ads campaigns, including boosting posts when required.
