Requirements
- 6–10+ years of progressive finance experience in high-accountability environments such as investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to build complex, independent models.
- Demonstrated experience automating budgeting and forecasting processes and implementing planning tools.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate analysis and reporting.
- Experience supporting fundraising, M&A activities, and strategic financial initiatives.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue models, valuation concepts, and subscription-based performance indicators.
- Knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analysis into clear executive recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling across multiple revenue streams.
- Build and maintain complex financial models, including three-statement models, scenario analyses, and revenue forecasts.
- Redesign and automate budgeting and forecasting processes using FP&A tools and AI solutions.
- Provide executive leadership with financial insights regarding pricing, resource allocation, and market expansion.
- Support fundraising activities through investor models, diligence materials, and board-level reporting.
- Lead financial diligence and integration modeling for mergers and acquisitions.
- Own revenue analytics, including ARR reporting, bookings analysis, and contract modeling.
- Develop dashboards and reporting infrastructure to improve financial visibility and organizational alignment.
