Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects.
- Background in consulting and sales.
- Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises.
- Owner mentality with a hands-on, self-starter approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Fluency in Swiss German is the preferred default.
- Fluency in French is a strong plus.
- Strong English is required for internal collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring.
- Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious B2B sales targets.
- Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market.
- Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.
- Define event priorities and investment strategies for brand awareness.
- Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances.
- Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to generate new opportunities, working with the global BD team.
- Ideate, own, and drive strategic big bets within the country.
