- Ability to translate legal risk into actionable business guidance.
- Fintech, payments, or product counseling experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Support regulatory compliance as the company expands into new markets.
- Advise cross-functional teams on employment, product, and corporate governance matters.
- Translate legal risk into actionable guidance for Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams.
- Build the legal infrastructure to support a dynamic, scaling business.
