Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, or event management.
- Experience leading large-scale internal events, ideally with audiences of 1,000+ attendees.
- Strong expertise in event strategy, production, logistics, content planning, and experiential design.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels, including executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align teams and drive accountability.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and execution.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Veeam Launchpad, including strategy, budgeting, logistics, production, and vendor management.
- Develop engaging event experiences that drive alignment, energy, and business outcomes.
- Translate business objectives into compelling event narratives and attendee journeys.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as a partner to senior leadership across Sales, HR, and Marketing.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and decision-making.
- Define event success metrics and measure results for continuous improvement.
