Requirements
- 5-7 years of Human Resources experience, including significant benefits administration.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end Open Enrollment process.
- Direct experience administering 401(k) plans and U.S. benefit programs.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, specifically California leave laws.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and sound professional judgment.
- Experience with ADP is considered a plus.
- SHRM-CP or comparable certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, HSA, FSA, COBRA, and 401(k) plans.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for employees, brokers, and benefit carriers to resolve administrative issues.
- Manage the end-to-end Open Enrollment strategy, including plan design, communications, and system implementation.
- Partner with vendors to coordinate employee leave of absence and disability documentation.
- Perform routine audits of payroll deductions, HRIS data, and carrier records to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Support immigration and visa administration tasks.
- Review and reconcile monthly benefit invoices to support accurate premium payments.
