Requirements
- 12+ years of overall engineering experience
- 5+ years managing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale
- Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles
- Hands-on experience leading project teams and setting technical direction and strategy
- Proven ability working cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership on AI investment priorities and set the multi-year technical roadmap.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient data pipelines that support both business and AI needs.
- Define and own success metrics that tie ML work directly to business outcomes.
- Grow and mentor a team of ML/Data engineers, raising the technical bar across the org.
- Lead and mentor a senior team of Managers and Engineers across Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Software Engineering.
- Coaching and developing team members, helping them grow their careers, technical expertise, and collaboration skills.
