Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Clarify selection procedures for sourcing in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Coordinate Zoom interviews and manage candidate expectations.
- Manage candidates in process to provide a positive experience.
- Leverage ATS platform (Greenhouse) and AI to attract top talent.
