Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
- Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates rather than only managing inbound applications.
- Demonstrable ability to write effective outreach that generates high response rates.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever).
- Confident and skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to operate using structured systems.
- High standards for candidate quality with the integrity to provide honest, critical feedback to hiring teams.
- Ability to commit to 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Availability for mandatory weekly touchpoints (Monday planning sync and Friday metrics review).
Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates by identifying top talent, writing tailored outreach, and converting them into applicants.
- Manage inbound applications across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby, ensuring timely progression or disposition within 48 hours.
- Conduct first-round phone or video screens utilizing NORY's structured interview rubric.
- Track and report weekly recruiting metrics, including source efficacy, time-to-screen, and stage pass-through rates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain a warm bench of qualified talent for current and future organizational openings.
