Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or global contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity.
- Comfortable leading client calls and navigating difficult conversations.
- Self-starter capable of operating with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients from onboarding through renewal.
- Conduct onboarding, strategy, review, and retention calls.
- Oversee client programs across marketing services including ads, SEO, websites, and AI solutions.
- Coordinate communication and deliverables between clients and internal fulfillment specialists.
- Proactively identify churn risks and develop action plans to address client issues.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upsells and expanded service offerings.
- Recommend improvements to operational workflows and client delivery processes.
