- 5+ years working in tech, with 2+ years in Developer Relations or Developer Education.
- Demonstrable experience teaching and building community across channels like YouTube, short-form video, courses, blogs, or public speaking.
- Strong identification as a teacher, mentor, and communicator.
- Empathetic, inclusive, warm, and enthusiastic professional demeanor.
- Passionate about automation, no-code, and/or open source technologies.
- Proficiency in building real n8n workflows and ability to spot errors.
- Experience with instructional design, assessment writing, or certification programs is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Teach a community of automation, no-code and open source builders with practical how-tos and relationship building.
- Own certified courses and depth content, repurposing them into short-form assets for video, livestreams, blogs, and social channels.
- Manage the full funnel, creating awareness content for new builders and activation content for signed-up users.
- Enable partners to deliver by exploring co-marketing and curriculum development opportunities.
- Maintain high instructional accuracy for all educational materials.
- Monitor success metrics such as completion rates, certification pass rates, and proficiency gains to adjust initiatives accordingly.
- Design for learning outcomes by setting clear objectives and building assessments that demonstrate practical proficiency.
