Requirements
- Extensive experience as a design systems practitioner (building or maintaining systems).
- Strong technical understanding equivalent to a designer or engineer.
- Commercially minded with experience in partner relationship management.
- Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and long-form writing.
- Active interest and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., AI coding, generative design).
- Self-directed and proactive in identifying and acting on opportunities.
- Must be based in the UK and able to travel to London for quarterly offsites.
Responsibilities
- Own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying potential SaaS and AI tool integrations to developing and managing relationships.
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns including webinars, content creation, and event activations.
- Act as a visible voice in the design systems community through public speaking, social engagement, and content production.
- Use AI tools and build demos to inform content and strengthen partnership credibility.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to provide technical domain expertise on complex design system challenges.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to build brand presence.
