- 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 3+ years in a marketing leadership role at a venture-backed B2B SaaS company
- A recent track record of hitting quarterly marketing targets and driving sales pipeline
- You’ve managed a marketing team for 3+ years and you've owned growth / digital marketing before
- You’ve scaled a multi-channel demand generation engine successfully – ideally one you kick-started from scratch
- You’ve owned and managed a $1m+ marketing budget
- You've led teams to successfully find and validate entirely new channels using a data-driven experimental approach, and you know how to allocate budget for testing new channels
