Requirements

2–3 years of professional experience in social media management or content creation.
Proven portfolio demonstrating successful content shipments (reels, shorts, growth metrics).
Native or bilingual French fluency.
Fluent English skills for professional communication.
Advanced proficiency with AI creative and automation tools, specifically using Claude or equivalent weekly.
Demonstrable ability to edit, caption, and repurpose content without external agencies.
Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret platform analytics and GA4.
Bias for action and ability to execute tasks rapidly in a startup environment.
Experience in a fast-moving brand or creator-led context is highly preferred.
Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent if required.

Responsibilities

Build and ship content daily by cutting reels/shorts, writing hooks, and posting independently.
Own channels end-to-end including content calendar, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Hunt for high-performing content by proactively testing hooks, formats, and posting times.
Leverage AI tools like Claude Code to automate content repurposing and caption generation.
Analyze performance data in native platform analytics and GA4 to optimize growth.
Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to integrate winning angles into new formats.
