Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
6–10+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on work in AI/LLM systems.
Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and production automation solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, or NotebookLM.
Proficiency in AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with API development and system integration.
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases is preferred.
Experience working in regulated environments like life sciences, healthcare, or financial services is preferred.
Experience in high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environments is a plus.

Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and automation solutions across functions like R&D, Engineering, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
Build production-grade systems including multi-agent workflows, RAG applications, and document intelligence pipelines.
Translate business problems into working AI systems with lightweight architectures and rapid iteration.
Develop prompt engineering strategies, orchestration logic, API integrations, and testing frameworks.
Deliver continuous output with weekly or bi-weekly releases based on ROI and technical feasibility.
Contribute to scalable AI foundations, including reusable assets, agent design patterns, and responsible AI standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a small team of AI engineers and automation specialists.
