Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical support, professional services, or related field.
- Proven experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and business process analysis.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and project management.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software solutions (preferred).
- Familiarity with field service management, ERP, or construction software (preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, VPNs, APIs, and data synchronization (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead remote software implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live as the primary project manager.
- Manage multiple implementation projects by coordinating activities, resources, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and communication.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes, operational workflows, and implementation requirements.
- Configure the platform, coordinate ERP integration, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and deliver implementation training using a train-the-trainer methodology.
- Deliver billable and non-billable professional services, including workflow analysis and custom configurations.
- Support the Sales team with product demonstrations, technical discovery, and Statements of Work.
- Assist Technical Support with complex customer issues and contribute to software testing and quality assurance.
