Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years benefits administration plan configuration experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong MS Access skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities
- Keen attention to detail
- Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements
- Proficiency in gathering business requirements, process flows and use cases
- Strong understanding of various technologies and platforms
Responsibilities
- Participate in all raw materials review and validation
- Ensure system configuration is completed in accordance to requirements documentation
- Support and follow key work process flows for Annual Enrollment, New Services Implementation, and Acquisitions and Divestitures system builds
- Complete self-QA on all system build work
- Establish and follow global process documentation and report any discrepancies
- Daily touch-base with internal partners associated with projects
- Maintain capacity and productivity measurements through task updates
- Review open tasks daily, prioritize work, and escalate when appropriate
- Address escalated or global issues related to system build
- Participate in training sessions related to new system functionality and processes
