Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in marketing campaign management, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Iterable, Marketo)
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and customer journey automation
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Experience with campaign QA, testing, and approval processes
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting dashboards
- CV must be submitted in English
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and voice
- Partner with Marketing and business stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and define execution plans
- Build, test, launch, and monitor campaigns using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
- Coordinate campaign approvals with Creative, Legal, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with marketing objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve customer engagement and business results
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Conduct quality assurance testing to validate campaign logic, audience segmentation, personalization, and delivery
