Requirements
- 7+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience roles within B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven experience owning a website or web program end-to-end including strategy and execution.
- Strong track record of improving web conversion rates through testing and user behavior insights.
- Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals with awareness of emerging AI-driven search and GEO trends.
- Experience managing internal teams as well as external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy, evaluate performance, and drive accountability.
- Comfortable using data-driven insights to prioritize work and inform decisions.
- Technical fluency in web development, platforms like Vercel and Sanity.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Prompt Watch.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to drive improvements independently.
- Experience in multi-brand or complex environments is a plus.
- HR tech experience is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for Employ, JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite web domains aligning with business goals.
- Drive data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages and key user flows.
- Execute organic growth strategies including technical SEO, AEO, and GEO to ensure search visibility.
- Partner with product marketing and content teams to align messaging and improve user experience.
- Refine site architecture, navigation, and user flows for improved discoverability and engagement.
- Manage internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency and scalability across brands.
- Scale a culture of experimentation and A/B testing to inform ongoing site optimization.
- Define and track web KPIs to report on traffic quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Oversee technical execution and development to ensure site scalability and performance.
