Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven track record designing field programs that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale industry conferences and sponsorships.
  • Strong budget management skills, including vendor negotiation and cost/ROI tracking.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership and working from a shared pipeline/revenue targets model.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Excellent project management skills to run multiple concurrent events.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30-40%.
  • Based in the United States and able to work across U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Own the field marketing strategy and calendar across regions, including third-party conferences, industry roundtables, executive dinners, and proprietary events.
  • Build and manage the field marketing budget, allocating spend to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align event and field programs with territory plans and pipeline goals.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and integrated regional campaigns.
  • Manage vendor and sponsorship relationships, negotiating contracts and evaluating conference ROI.
  • Lead event logistics end-to-end including venue selection, booth design, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Define and report on field marketing KPIs such as pipeline sourced/influenced and cost per meeting.
  • Build and manage a team of field marketers, including contractors and agencies.
