Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay.
- Experience leading end-to-end P2P processes.
- 1–2 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable operations and internal controls.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
- Track record of improving processes, driving automation, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in English for business communication.
- Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction sales tax (GST/HST, US Sales Tax, VAT) is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Procure-to-Pay function and oversee the end-to-end P2P process.
- Manage month-end Accounts Payable activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and payment execution.
- Simplify and optimize finance processes through automation, scalable workflows, and system enhancements.
- Act as the Finance Operations subject matter expert for NetSuite P2P workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and documentation.
- Build relationships with Finance, Procurement, and Tax teams to improve purchasing and payment experiences.
- Oversee vendor onboarding and act as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Finance Operations professionals.
