Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end P2P processes.
- 1–2 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Deep understanding of Accounts Payable operations, internal controls, and procurement best practices.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
- Demonstrated track record of process improvement, automation, and scaling solutions.
- Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction sales tax (GST/HST, US Sales Tax, VAT) is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Procure-to-Pay function, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant operations.
- Manage end-to-end P2P processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment execution.
- Direct month-end Accounts Payable activities such as reconciliations and accruals.
- Optimize finance processes by leveraging automation, scalable workflows, and system enhancements.
- Act as the Finance Operations subject matter expert for NetSuite P2P workflows.
- Build and develop a high-performing global team of Finance Operations professionals.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Tax departments to improve purchasing and payment experiences.
