Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Experience operating at a manager level overseeing accounting processes.
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Strong IFRS technical knowledge, specifically IFRS 15, 16, and 3.
- Consolidation accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the preparation and review of all assigned business month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close deliverables.
- Manage the treasury function, including cash requirements reporting, banking administration, and debt management.
- Identify and implement AI-assisted automation to optimize controllership processes.
- Lead intercompany reconciliation and recharges across assigned businesses.
- Coordinate tax compliance obligations and transfer pricing arrangements.
- Support technical accounting for acquisition integration, including PPA model review and revenue recognition.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 members.
