Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in education.
- Minimum 10+ years leading large-scale teacher training, fellowship design, instructional or leadership coaching, or school leadership programs.
- Deep understanding of Teach For All’s theory of change and systemic educational equity.
- Demonstrated ability to set vision and strategy in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Proven experience managing and developing a diverse, globally dispersed team.
- Comfort with monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems and data-driven continuous improvement.
- Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information.
- Strong writing, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships across diverse cultures and hierarchical levels.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and strategic priorities for strengthening network participant development and holistic student outcomes.
- Lead a global team to provide coaching and learning opportunities to network partners to improve fellowship program outcomes.
- Direct the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems for tracking partner program performance.
- Develop and execute a global learning agenda to synthesize insights on teacher and student development.
- Manage a diverse, globally distributed team of specialists, coaches, and consultants.
- Facilitate global roundtables, workshops, and learning forums for network partners and leadership.
