Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations Specialist, or similar role with broad HR lifecycle knowledge.
- Strong experience managing employee exits, including voluntary and involuntary terminations, while balancing compliance, business needs, and employee experience.
- Knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices across multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to interpret legislation and provide practical recommendations.
- Experience handling workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, investigations, and employee relations matters.
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with confidence managing difficult conversations.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, conduct research, and deliver clear recommendations in ambiguous environments.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation, organizational, and case management skills.
- Comfortable working with HR technologies, digital tools, automation solutions, and evolving systems.
- Demonstrated interest and ability in applying AI tools and automation to improve HR processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams in a remote and asynchronous environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, including resignations, terminations, transfers, redundancies, and separation processes.
- Provide expert HR guidance to clients and stakeholders on employment matters, ensuring alignment with local regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Lead sensitive conversations and meetings related to workforce reductions, disciplinary matters, negotiations, and employee transitions with professionalism and empathy.
- Support employee relations cases by assessing workplace concerns, identifying relevant regulations, and coordinating appropriate responses with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advise on progressive disciplinary approaches, documentation requirements, and effective case management practices.
- Draft, review, and administer employment-related documentation while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as legal, payroll, benefits, customer success, and operational teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for employee transitions and relations topics, responding to complex internal and external queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, introduce automation, leverage AI capabilities, and enhance employee and customer experiences.
- Maintain strong data integrity, documentation standards, and operational efficiency across all lifecycle activities.
