Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Managed Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of certificate lifecycle management, PKI architecture, and enterprise authentication technologies.
  • Experience with DigiCert or similar PKI platforms is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for certificate delivery and device management.
  • Proven experience managing external suppliers, service providers, and operational agreements against SLAs.
  • Understanding of software development, testing methodologies, and technology delivery processes.
  • Experience working within global IT environments and complex enterprise infrastructures.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and their application.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service management for managed PKI solutions, including certificate enrollment, lifecycle management, cloud HSM administration, and certificate provisioning.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring delivery against SLAs, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee outsourced PKI operations and support activities to maintain reliable and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage automated and exception-based certificate enrollment workflows and drive automation initiatives.
  • Own administration and service management of secure enterprise browser solutions, including access policies and threat protection.
  • Manage identity-based access policies using Microsoft Entra ID and zero-trust security frameworks.
  • Coordinate with security, end-user computing, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
  • Contribute to broader IAM initiatives involving Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
