- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to coach teams, improve performance, and execute regional sales strategies.
- Experience managing dealer relationships and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions and teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and business productivity applications.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for an acquired dealer floorplan portfolio and support relationship expansion initiatives.
- Lead outreach, positioning, and growth discussions to introduce and strengthen the full indirect product offering.
- Partner with local sales representatives to coordinate dealer engagement strategies and improve market coverage.
- Act as a key connection point between commercial floorplan teams and indirect sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Educate dealership partners on broader relationship opportunities and identify cross-selling prospects.
- Gather market insights and recommend improvements to programs, pricing, and processes.
- Directly manage a team of 3–5 sales representatives focused on priority regions.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and leadership support to drive team effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance, market penetration, and business development activities.
