Job Details

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in industrial, mechanical, waterworks, infrastructure, or related markets.
Proven track record of territory growth through customer acquisition, channel development, project influence, and market expansion.
Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans while consistently achieving revenue objectives.
Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence customers, partners, and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience using CRM systems, forecasting tools, pipeline management processes, and opportunity tracking platforms.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Develop and execute territory growth plans across California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers’ representatives, contractors, engineers, municipalities, and utilities.
Drive project opportunities by influencing specifications, expanding channel partnerships, and developing conversion strategies.
Manage and grow assigned manufacturer representative and distribution networks through training and joint sales initiatives.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through disciplined CRM usage, forecasting, and account planning.
Collaborate with internal operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve customer challenges and improve delivery performance.
Represent the organization at customer meetings, project sites, and industry trade events.
