Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience selling technology products or services, ideally within the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or broader government sector.
- Proven success managing customer accounts, reseller relationships, and complex sales cycles while consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of professional experience and relevant industry knowledge.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and consultative sales methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Must be based in the San Diego area and willing to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business opportunities within an assigned territory by promoting mobility solutions and services to U.S. Navy and Marine Corps customers.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with end users, program managers, contracting officers, procurement agencies, and reseller partners to expand market share.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting opportunities, and documenting customer interactions through CRM tools.
- Identify, qualify, and execute strategic sales initiatives in collaboration with channel partners to achieve sustainable year-over-year revenue growth.
- Work with procurement and standards organizations to support product adoption and ensure solutions remain visible within relevant purchasing programs.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, trade shows, and internal planning sessions while providing regular updates on territory performance and opportunities.
