Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience overseeing projects from planning through successful delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and diverse stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or workflow management software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project timelines.
- Experience working within an advertising agency environment is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or medical communications clients is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production workflows is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, workflows, and resource allocations to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate closely with account management, creative, editorial, production, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and project objectives.
- Lead internal project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to maintain momentum.
- Oversee project documentation, workflow processes, and quality control while ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Support budget tracking, resource coordination, and workload management across multiple concurrent projects.
