Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management software or workflow management tools.
- Strong meeting facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify risks and drive projects to completion.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Advertising agency experience (preferred).
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients (preferred).
- Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initial planning through final execution and delivery.
- Partner with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows.
- Facilitate internal meetings and manage project status communications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and manage risks.
- Oversee workflow processes to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
