Requirements

- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Mac operating systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, and project management processes.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities
- Support daily project activities including timelines, status updates, project routing, and operational tracking.
- Assist project managers and account teams in coordinating deliverables, priorities, and team communications.
- Help manage project setup, tracking, and reporting using project management tools and systems.
- Support budget monitoring and reporting activities while partnering with project, account, and finance teams.
- Assist with scheduling and facilitating project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and internal discussions.
- Maintain organized project documentation and help ensure workflows follow established processes.
- Communicate project updates, resource needs, and potential challenges with guidance from senior team members.
- Support risk identification and escalation by observing project progress and helping teams develop solutions.
- Learn agency frameworks, client requirements, healthcare industry processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to strengthen project management skills.
