Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with project management software or workflow management tools.
- Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.
- Advertising agency experience (preferred).
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients (preferred).
- Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes (preferred).
- Experience working within cross-functional client service environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through execution by partnering with account, creative, editorial, and production teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows to manage deliverables effectively.
- Facilitate internal meetings and manage project status communications to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee workflow processes from initial project kickoff through final delivery.
- Monitor project progress to identify potential risks and maintain momentum against deadlines and budgets.
