Requirements
- 3+ years dedicated to ABM within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 5–6+ years of total experience in demand generation and/or field marketing.
- Proven experience building ICPs and comprehensive account plans, including tiering and stakeholder mapping.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying committees, deal cycles, and marketing motions.
- Full-funnel channel fluency across digital (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic) and offline (events, hospitality, gifting).
- Experience running intent-driven, highly targeted digital programs.
- Demonstrated budget accountability and ability to optimize spend based on pipeline and revenue data.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills, specifically with Field Sales, Content, and Product Marketing teams.
- Ability to build and scale modular, reusable marketing assets.
Responsibilities
- Define segment priorities and target accounts in partnership with Sales to drive pipeline.
- Design and implement account-selection frameworks, tiering logic, and stakeholder mapping.
- Partner with Ops teams to close gaps in data intelligence and buying-committee mapping.
- Develop a repeatable ABM lifecycle from account selection through orchestration and measurement.
- Deliver multi-channel campaign frameworks and playbooks for digital, events, and follow-up activities.
- Define ABM readiness standards for content, digital, and product marketing teams.
- Support the design of contact-level dashboards to measure pipeline influence and engagement.
