Requirements
- At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management experience.
- Highly proficient in written and oral English.
- Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Minimum primary system requirements: Intel Core i5-6000/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, Windows 11/macOS Ventura.
- Reliable primary internet: DSL/Fiber with 100mb/s minimum.
- Required backup systems: Secondary computer and UPS power supply (at least 3 hours capacity).
- Required backup internet connection: Minimum 20mb/s.
- Self-starter, organized, and capable of working under pressure with high-level professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client targets.
- Partner with clients to develop task lists that improve productivity and business profitability.
- Support clients in growing their businesses by utilizing available services.
- Manage Medical Client-VA pairings and ensure consistent performance quality.
- Address client needs including mitigating concerns, identifying patterns, handling escalations, and conducting negotiations.
